Monopolis and Fuzja Recognized

  • MIPIM Awards 2020 – Finalist in the “Best Mixed-Use Project” category Monopolis, an innovative complex combining business, cultural, and dining functions, gained international recognition in this prestigious real estate competition.
  • MIPIM Awards 2025 – Poland was represented by two projects: Fuzja and Towarowa22. Among 40 nominated investments from around the world, Fuzja—developed by Echo Investment and Archicom, and designed by Medusa Group—won in the Best Urban Regeneration Project category and received a Special Jury Award.
