LODZistics is the largest TSL (Transport–Forwarding–Logistics) cluster in the Łódzkie region.
It was established in 2016 as an initiative of companies, universities, and institutions interested in the development of modern logistics. It operates as a cooperation platform integrating:
logistics and transport companies,
warehouse operators,
universities and schools,
business support institutions,
local government units.
The cluster supports the development of the TSL sector through innovation, educational initiatives, R&D projects, and activities promoting the region as a key logistics hub of Poland and Central Europe.
Invest in Łódź is an official member of the LODZistics Cluster, strengthening cooperation between business, local government, and business environment institutions. This enables the city to actively participate in the development of the logistics sector in the region, support enterprises, and co-create initiatives focused on a sustainable, modern, and innovative supply chain.
Such membership expands the scope of Invest in Łódź’s activities as an institution supporting investors and as an active participant in coordinated efforts aimed at developing the logistics sector and the entire regional economy.
Thanks to cooperation within the LODZistics Cluster, Invest in Łódź:
participates - directly or indirectly - in industry projects and initiatives, for example activities aimed at promoting Łódź as a strategic logistics center, which increases the region’s attractiveness for new investors.
has access to a network of contacts: logistics companies, TSL operators, educational institutions, and local government units - enabling better coordination of investment activities, identification of market needs, and joint planning of infrastructure and resources.
takes part in joint development and educational projects, including upskilling initiatives and business-science cooperation programs - helping to ensure access to a skilled workforce needed by companies investing in the region.
supports the promotion of Łódź and the region as a stable, well-coordinated business environment - using the cluster’s recommendations and reach to attract investors interested in logistics, e-commerce, warehousing, and related sectors.
